Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our handcrafted business! We are committed to processing and shipping your Bourbon Bath Company order in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Order Processing Time "Processing time" is the time it takes for us to handcraft, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. It does not include shipping transit time.

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

During high-volume periods, such as sales or the holiday season, processing times may be extended. We will post any significant delays on our website.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS to provide the most reliable service.

Delivery Times: Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

UPS Ground: 1-4 business days

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Bourbon Bath Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Bourbon Bath Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. If the customer prefers a refund, we will refund the order total, minus the original shipping cost.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Stolen Packages: Our responsibility for your order ends once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered." Bourbon Bath Company is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you ship to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (the tracking has not updated for an extended period), please contact us.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please see our [Link to your Return & Refund Policy] and contact us at Jake@bourbonbathcompany.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

6. Shipping Area At this time, we only ship within the United States.
