Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bourbon Bath Company! We take great pride in our handcrafted products and hope you love them as much as we do.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Jake@bourbonbathcompany.com with:

Your name and order number.

A description of the issue.

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

We will happily replace the item at no cost to you. If an incorrect item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping carrier claim.

Returns of Unused & Unopened Items If you have changed your mind, we accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original, sellable condition within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, you must first email us at Jake@bourbonbathcompany.com with your name and order number.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original, sellable condition.

Scent Preferences We understand that scent is subjective. We do our best to describe our fragrances accurately, but we cannot accept returns based on scent preference once a product has been opened. We highly recommend trying our sample sizes before committing to a full-size product.

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Any item returned without prior authorization.
